Subject: Wild Carrots and the CRP Pollinator Program?

South Central Illinois

Considering a 2 acre pollinator program.
Low area with a ditch on one side, HEL on the other side.
The ditch has become overgrown with wild carrots.
Will the pollinator area become overgrown with these wild carrots also?
How difficult is it to maintain the proper balance of flowering species in a pollinator CRP area?
Obviously, I cannot just spray the field with Roundup or liberty.
