Holy Toledo…. I don’t even know why you are questioning it, you’re pencil don’t have to be very sharp to make that work. Don’t listen to the fancy pants jealous naysayers, if it makes money go for it. If you have a bad year once in a while or a few acres drowns out or damps off so be it.
