NC Iowa

ltct04 - 5/5/2022 07:04 Was in same boat few years ago landlord asked me to match price and sign a 10 year lease I said no way. Had it fixed up nice and fertility up to snuff. Part made me mad is the year before he said he would never put it in crp and I fertilized it like I normally would. It does suck seeing it baled now every 3 years. They got over 5 bales the acre the first time. There goes the fertility!

CRP, Baled??  Thats not supposed to happen.  Or is this after a drought declaration?
