Subject: RE: Setting up on-farm research trials

Southeast WI
For years we have been trying to move beyond somebody doing a trial of some sort here and there and getting multiples out yearly of different types. It takes some effort on the farmer but it really comes together when we have a coordinator like we do now. I feel it's worth sharing results to get real world info out. As farmers we seem to feel "our farm" is truly unique and one of a kind so only "my results on my farm matter". In reality we have found research like this can be broadly applied within regions and across many soil types. Thank you for your kind words.
