Wow! 485 blood sugar. That is passing out level.
I went from about 275 pounds and was hoping I could get down to 220, maybe 210 and I would have been happy. I ended up at 165 and was estatic. Like you, I am now a different and new man than I was a little over three years ago. I was able to get off insulin and all other prescription medications.
