No till dirt always has more moisture in it. Set closing wheels in notch 2. Plant around 2 1\4 inches or so, and down pressure should start around 200 but 250 is a common number where I'm at. It's very forgiving compared to till dirt in regards to compacting and crusting. Pretty hard to a screw it up. Your emergence will be more delayed and a little less perfect than tilled ground but ignore that as when it's hot and dry in the summer your corn is essentially covered in slow release nitrogen mulch from the soybean stubble. It will catch up on those hot dry days when the tilled corn will shut down
