In Missouri you can request a determination for your whole farm. It takes a bit as it is done out of the state office but once done you are in the clear.

That's the second part that is infuriating. The whole farm wetland determination was supposed to be done 18 months ago as I tiled some last spring and plan to do more this fall. Some bureaucrat making work for themselves took it upon themselves to only do part of the farm. Figured out yesterday they didn't even do all the crop ground. A wetland determination should take a day or two, heck maybe a week to get done. NOT 6-12 months. Especially when they apparently screwed up to start with and only did part of what they should have. The lack of accountability at NRCS is far worse than FSA hoops. I'll jump through hoops all day with a smile, but it's not too much to think that the government employees move at normal work speed and take accountability for their screw-ups. Private businesses would fire any employee with such slow output. Half of these NRCS employees need fired and the other half told they are going to do all the work in a tenth of the time or they are next to get a pink slip. Talk about milking the taxpayer...NRCS employees have this down to a science apparently.
