Not necessarily wanting to bring new land in though. It may stay sheep pasture. Just wanting to dig over grown mulberry trees out of a fence line.
From the interpretation I’m getting, I should have filed a 1026 when I dug a half dozen cedar trees out of my lawn 50ft from the house because I technically could have farmed it…that is the ludicrous part
