each person sees / reads stuff differently.
Directions NEED to be very specific.
Pictures help lots! Edit pictures with MS
paint with circles / arrows.
I spent years training people on large
printing presses and was amazed how many
just sat there with a glaze on their faces
till I reached out to them individually to see
what I could do to help them
Usually it was something simple that I over
looked as in the above.
Heck I've got them for myself! LOL
