Try Tessco.com. I just bought 100 ft of 1.25" Heliax and 2 N female ends and a 8db antenna for around $1000 with the shipping. This is for an antenna that is around 100 feet up a tower. If you have a shorter run then you can use smaller diameter coax, such as LMR600 or 7/8 Heliax. If it is a real sort run like 25 feet even RG8 or LMR400.

You want to keep attenuation under 2dB. You lose half of your RF power per 2 dB.

For the GPS receiver antenna as long as it isn't 100 feet away most any coax will work. We have receiver antennas 50 feet away from the base and are using LMR-195 with very little loss.
