East of Broken Bow | We bought a patch of land across the fence a while back. After it was done, I asked the broker how it works.
He said they represent the seller, so what they want rules, but generally, he takes the sellers the offers, and they look at the bids, and who is bidding. If they pick one, he goes between the buyer and seller to iron out the details. His goal is to make an acceptable arrangement for both, if he can. However, if something changes, like they can't get the financing for the original terms, the seller has the option to negotiate new terms, or go back to the pool of bids, and choose another one. | |
