Check for voltage between the center pin and the outer nut on the cable plug out by the antenna. If there's 5 or 12 volts present, it's probably an issue with the antenna. If not, go back to the plug at the back of the Cruizer. If there's voltage there, the cable is bad. If not, the Cruizer II has an internal failure and will have to be repaired.
