Midwest | I have zero experience w/ a TeeJet steering system or anything to do with their technology side of stuff.
But yes in general most any of the main precision ag brands can do what you want, especially now that you know you can get GPS signal. Ag Leader, CIH, Deere, Trimble, etc would all be options that are much more main-stream than teejet unless they just put their name on someone else's product. They'd all have a GPS receiver and a screen that talk to each other. You can enter in the spray product(s) and it will map where they drive. Speed, elevation, time/date, etc all gets recorded automatically. Then yes you can take that data into that own company's software or to free ones or whatnot to "analyze" it. Print maps, check speeds, look for skips or missed rows, etc. Some even make a PDF file right off the monitor with that info as a sort of "spray report"
If you're looking at used stuff, you could have a WAAS receiver (free signal in US) and decent screen/display for $4000 easily. Later down the road you could add autosteer for more money of course. |
