Bunker Hill, IL | I’m running a JD 9300 with InCommand 1200 and OnTrac3 steering pulling an air seeder. I have not been able to get a slight “wiggle” out of my rows despite all the adjustments I know how to make, and several recalibrations (auto, tilt, compass). My antenna is about 1 ft ahead of the cab and ECU is installed on right rear corner post.
When I’m running the tractor, I really can’t feel this wiggle, as it is not a jerky type of “wiggle”. The light bar always is within 3”, usually within 1”.
I don’t seem to have this issue with the same components on my planter tractor (7130P MFWD).
What can I change or adjust? Would a hydraulic steering setup be the only answer for an articulated tractor?
