He's probably talking about his location specifically. We all have different challenges in our regions. If you ever cut 25% to 30% moisture corn that weighs less than 50 pounds in November and December you would recognize the risks that befall the northern plains. If the corn up here doesn't get planted until May 20-30 then the chances of those circumstances do not become a certain, but are very much a larger risk.
