Is the market reacting to $800 million (deleted billions originally) in military aid to Ukraine with the long range howitzers and Javelin missles enroute and shortly delivered signifying a closer end or stalemate between Russia and Ukraine? Similar to the Demilitarized zone between North and South Korea?
Edit: the tensions remain but the war ends and the Black Sea shipping reaches some semblance of normalcy?
