I do think there should be an opportunity to sell higher priced fats but the last 2-3 years something always happens to make the high price turn into an average or low price. Can’t afford to have that happen on $8 corn At $3-4 having corn walk off the farm is great at $8 corn and a screwed up world corn should leave in the back of a truck.
I am going to guess the packer makes good money either way… | |
