Subject: Is anything undervalued right now?

SW Wisconsin
Hay, locally, is clearly undervalued, but I don't have shed space. Starting in a month or so I'll have some money to put away that I'll spend in the fall. I don't want to trust banks farther than I have to with their recent shenanigans freezing assets of people in political trouble, and I don't really trust the US dollar to hold its value. The old-school answer is silver, the new-school answer is bitcoin. I definitely don't trust bitcoin, and silver seems more likely to be overvalued than undervalued to me at this point. If you had $5-10k/ month to set aside for the next 6 months, with the intention of spending it all at the end of that 6 months, how would you store it?
