| The placement of my 2 units are about 35 ft apart with one on the 1st floor southside and the 2nd unit is 2nd floor on northside. No dropout problems thus far. Have a full basement and attic but nothing needing internet is in those places. If you have the Eero 6 that would be a dual band system. The Pro model has triband with dedicated backhaul connection. That supposedly allows for consistent connection to the base unit. One thing this taught me is that if I have the opportunity to construct a new home is make sure to put ethernet wall ports in the entire house. I'm currently at a slow 100/10 mbps plan and will bump to 300/30 or 600/60mbps within the month. | |
