so you gotta cook those, What we like to do is tenderize them ( either beat them with a tenderizer hammer like a tenderloin or run through a tenderizer).
then make tenderloins for tenderloin sandwiches type deal. If run through a tenderizer, you get ham steaks that we cook just like beef minute steak. alittle flour and seasoning, browned in a frypan, then finish in the oven.
they make a pretty good tenderloin, not as quite as tender as pork loin, but alittle more pork flavor. |
