SE IL | There is supposedly a shortage of houses but I would question how much is want vs need. How many new homes are built as a want and are affordable because of cheap interest and what was cheap supplies. If it becomes much less affordable how many will just do with what they have a while longer? Kind of like trading off a 3 year old 300 hr tractor, it’s not a need but a want. If times were tough it would stay on the farm a little longer. | |
