Insurance agent kept working the claim up the food chain with the insurance company and now blue cross has agreed to pay for everything in network. Lots of fighting and almost a year later but looks like I finally won. This approval letter will go to a safe place that I can find in case I have to “remind” them of this decision in a few months.
