There buy out to me is small, there report to share holder says the stock is worth I believe it said 1.35 and they mentioned they pd 35% on dividends, I know my check was far from 35% . Question, since it is a coop again , is it like our elevators where they only pd 30 % of share and the rest I’d owed ?
