You need to order 1099 and 1098 forms from IRS 2-3 weeks ahead of time.  Got mine last week but still waiting on the gumption to get it done.  Other option is to go to most any accountants office and they will usually give you some forms - unless they have gone all electronic.

I use the SSA Business Services site for W2s and W3s.  Very simple and easy (especially for a government website).  It prints out the forms and files all in the same place.  Little frustrating getting an account and then your password expires every 90 days which means you have to reset the password every year.  Signed up with Traction and their Payroll app this year so theoritically they will file everything from now on including monthly, quarterly and annual requirements.  Not cheap but hopefully it prevents me from forgetting or doing something wrong.
