I've got an HP.  It was a gift and used when I got it.  It's got a bed scanner, and a top tray scanner for multiple documents.  I signed up for the insta ink where they mail me new ink when it runs low.  Somehow I'm a cartridge ahead on that as I have one laying around unopened.  I'm not an HP fan at all, but this thing was a few years old when I got it and I've had it 3 or 4 now.  Every once in a while it may jam up a piece of paper but not very often.  In saying this I have had a lot of HP stuff over the years that has been junk.  I had cannons before this but they weren't as fancy.
