E.Central MN | Static phase converters have to be correctly sized for the motor. Rotary convertors can run a combination of motors up to 3 times the hp rating of the converter as long as the largest hp motor is no bigger than the converter rating and you don't start them all at the same time. We got a Phasemaster rotary phase converter from an old Jelco grain dryer, it was relatively simple to hook up and use and a lot cheaper than buying a new one. | |
