| Our NH 8010 hood looked the same as the first picture, we took some rubbing compound to it and got it to look better. Then came back with a Mothers brand wax to protect it. So far it looks good. I hope if we keep up with the wax later on we can keep it looking nice.
Wondering why it is faded in some spots not others. It appears to me that anywhere water got on it over time it protected the paint. Example: around the windshield washer nozzle, and by the radiator overflow. | |
