What Dickey John monitors are in it now? If it has a pwm valve almost any newer rate controller should work. Just need to hook up to the pwm valve and pick a signal up from the encoder, it four wires total to hook up. Figuring out the calibration numbers is the hardest part.
One thing to be aware of is some encoders are 5 volt and some are 12 volt.
