Years ago there were two brothers in Lancaster county that did it as a side business. As I recall, they only did a few thousand a year and I think most of those were for Dutch growers. It just doesn't seem very common anymore. Maybe you could set up an event with Russ roping them and Garvo using a knife and spinner. I think you could sell tickets.
