Usually have mine ground into the burger, did get one a couple of years ago, I cooked it up, if I hadn't it would still be in the freezer 10 years form now. I boiled/simmered it in a sauce pan for 2-3 hours if I remember correctly (skin peels right off at this point) and sliced it 1/2-3/4 inch thick and fried it on the stove or on the grill, think it was the grill. If I do it again it will be no more then 1/2 inch thick and grilled on kind of a high heat, almost charred, but not quite. If you can not think about it, it is really good, my wife would not try it LOL, and 1-2 of the kids would eat it2 would not, one liked it as long as we don't have it every day.

Pickled cow tongue, sliced thin and made into a sandwich. Put spicy mustard on it. I could eat that just about every day.
