Ive got a Beef customer that wants to purchace beef tongue from me. Id like to price them by the pound. Ive called local meat shops with no luck on finding a fair price to put on them. What say you? Do yall have a local shop that sells tongue? Or what is your price point? I need to know whats fair to price them at. TIA!
