but not me. I don't really have time or space to do another enterprise. The dairy symposium that is coming in Springfield in a couple of weeks is gonna be focused on dairy beef. It's a yawner for me, gonna stay home for that one. If it helps kill cow prices that will be good enough for me.
Will a new beef processing plant help local price?
