The HP official download site detects that the computer I'm on is Win 10.  This is our laptop.

The other computer in our 'office' is running Win 7. so I will need to try downloading the driver on it, then drag it to the USB stick.

Do i need to know if the computer we wish to  'fix' is 32 bit or  64 bit.  

I  presume that may be a critical bit [haha] of information.

Might need to delve into the recipient computer and see what its 'specs' are.

At the moment all i know is that it is an HP all in one -  as in the computer is in behind the display screen in one complete unit.
