Have you used it specifically on Precision Planting stuff?  I peeled back the shrink wrap on  a PP cable and realized it's got a third conductor.  It appears the have the standard green/yellow can wires in 16 or 18 gauge, a braided shield/ground wire, and then an additional blue wire that appears to be 20 gauge.  I've not found a similar wire online.
