In our experience the AgLeader flow sensor is more consistent and reliable than the NH OEM flow sensor. NH has their own sensor that they swear by but the mechanics of how it works seem to make it inconsistent and less dependable as ive seen many be replaced. I actually know of one NH dealer that never let a new machine leave the yard without and AgLeader system at one time. Case IH uses an AgLeader sensor for their OEM system and we dont see near the issues with those machines. As caseihfarmer said the problem now that you run into is that if the combine has automation you have to leave all the OEM stuff on the combine as it all ties together so that is true. If your new 8.90 doesn't have automation then it will still be possible to put the aftermarket AgLeader kit on to do yield and still have the Intelliview to show you all the combine operation info/guidance.
As far as the second Intelliview screen goes it is handy to have if you dont want to have an eye on more things to where you aren't changing run screens all the time but at that point I would rather just put an ipad in there running Climate because that is going to paint a better map anyway than the 90s graphics on the Intelliview and will give you all the yield info you want to see.
