I have installed several Eero mesh systems, never had problem with them. At my own house, I have 4 networks, and one of them is an Eero system. I think it could be media com.. Are you hard wired into the router with anything? Would be curious to know what your speed is, if the wifi is down. Is everything on your network password protected?
