Thanks. That is the controller which I feel I can handle with something like what seedcleaner linked to (I have experience with stuff like that). I was just looking for a source for an actuator. Like seedcleaner said a generic linear actuator can be used to do the job but I wanted something a little neater. Your link eventually lead me to this which I think will likely work well:
