You dont give a location but that matters. Do you NEED a dryer or just once every few years. If they can harvest your crop currently in less than 4 days can you wait until its dry then get it done? Maybe just a 60k 48’ bin to start with if thats the case? 3 phase makes a leg very attractive but for 100k bu thats gonna be spendy and slow payback. If you were sure to double or triple your bushels in a few years it might make sense. If every bushel wont have to be dried but you need to dry SOME every year you could put together a fairly cheap wet bin/cf dryer/ then with augers or air system. The great thing about this is components are easily upgradable and used still has value unlike in bin dryers. Good used 16’ cf dryer doing 15k/bu a day might be a good fit. Used hopper bins can sometimes be found. Lots of options and the limiting factor Im sure will be $.
