Depends on who you talk to. Minimum 25 to prevent rickets. Minimal 40 for health. Recommend 60 in fall heading into winter so it does not drop below 40.

I have seen a study that showed benefits up to around 80 as I recall. Wife and I both tested basically 75 a few weeks ago which is right where I want to be. It doesn't seem to cause problems with some people testing above 100.
