Subject: Treating seed yourself

PROSPECT, TENNESSEE
Looking to set up a seed treating system for small grains. Normally we apply Storacide to the Triticale, and wheat going into the bin at harvest to prevent insects before carrying it to be cleaned and bagged. Now Im doing the entire process, and figured it would work better coming out of the cleaner for a more thorough coverage. Figured the insecticide/ fungicide could be done the same way if I wanted to. Im not going to treat going into the bin since it will only be in there long enough for the harvest to get done, and double crop beans planted. Then right back out and through the cleaner into bulk bags.
