Some have great antibody levels, some don’t.
Some have strong cellular immunity, some don’t. Some have both strong, some have neither strong.
Immunity from prior infection certainly exists and can be very protective.........or not. Vaccination generally results in a more consistent antibody response in the short term than natural infection.
Best of all is vaccination after recovering from infection.
