The next stalk field we are going to has 20+ bushels of corn on the ground. Plan is to feed good corn silage and 1/2 the alfalfa they’ve been getting through the processor......be TMR for 5 days/week before we move. Get the rumen bugs worked up. I’ll feed 1/2 bale of grass and 1/2 bale of alfalfa with the processor once moved to keep the rumen “dumbed” down the first few days after we move. Cows will get filled up when and directly after moving.
