Subject: Polio/circling disease?

Wellington, MO
Found a feedlot heifer down in the corner of the pen yesterday morning. First thought respiratory. Gave draxxin, dex, Banamine and took temp all while she laid there. Finally got her up and she just wanted to do hot laps circling to the left. Walked her up to the sick pen with my arm around her neck to keep her steered straight. Friend of mine suggested polio after seeing my Snapchat. Not sure what else it could be. Vet didn’t come out to look but consulted over the phone and thinks it is possible. Treated with B1 several times during the day with minor improvement.
This morning found a second one exactly alike. Consulted with the nutritionist and he didn’t think my ration would be high in sulfur. Water is from the PWSD. Still waiting to here of sulfur content in water tests.
Haven’t been able to get them to eat or drink. Anybody have any other thoughts or treatments? Maybe I’m missing something or miss diagnosed.
Their ration is in the pic.
