Lots of time and money go into these types of projects before anything even starts. As with any investment nothing is guaranteed, do your homework and make your own choice.
It takes tons of dedication and money just to get them off the ground. Raising funds is never easy. Money just doesn't fall out of the sky.
Hell, there were quite a few Ethanol and bio diesel plants that didn't get very far and they had plenty of gov't money.
I for one, hope every proposed packing plant gets built. More chain space is a good thing, for everyone, regardless of who is building them.
If it was easy everyone would do it.
Maybe they can work on getting a NG pipeline to the fertilizer plants and a fuel refinery in the midwest next.....
