Found one at a sale for 5 bucks. Rotten floor and good frame and sides. I didnt think 2 x was enough so used short ends of broken cresoted bridge planks. Then for traction/ steps had some old stub cedar half posts. Had all in junk pile so cost was zero. Worked for years for me.
