Subject: RE: Resicore herbicide

Deep southern Illinois
I used 1.5qt resicore, 1qt infantry (atrazine) and 32oz Durango for the first time this year after years of accuron. Very happy with the resicore, even in some fields I didn’t get sprayed timely. Those were actually the most spotless. I burned down with roundup, 2-4d, and a quart of princep, and applied the resicore about v-3 to v-5. Any injury I saw, if I looked at fields sprayed with accuron the same day, I saw the same. 2nd best corn year on record here, so I don’t think it cost me on yield, and it was a lot cheaper. Only thing that I had trouble with was some grasses, but I have had a lot of trouble with Durango not getting a thorough kill on thicker grass patches. I’m planning to go back with the same next year.
