Thanks, This is helpful, Looks like wheat reaches tillering stage faster with sufficient moisture. It takes 50 less GDD’s with adequate moisture. What information, that I had found, apparently was focused on dry conditions. Looks like, over half of our wheat, should actually be finished with tillering. Probably not visible, just established. We are currently at or above 480 GDU on 3 of the 5 planting days. With a 32° delete instead of 42° delete, we probably can reach full tillering establishment, before dormancy begins.

Actually, yesterday we added 14 GDU’s, So we are at tillering on 4 of the 5 days, Only 20 GDU’s from adding in day 5.
