| My 17 year old had covid. (I know the age difference is a big one.) She was taking breathing treatments. I ended up having to take her to the ER because she literally could not breathe and her oxygen level was horrible. She had several complications. Any medications your doctor approves, I would suggest taking. As far as what to do, I would highly suggest resting as much as possible. Covid is very hard on breathing and the lungs. We were told that my daughter had to stay home for 14 days. I would cuddle up together and find Netflix shows to binge on. If at any point either of you feel like you can't breathe, or get a good breath, go to the ER. I would definitely ask your doctor about any medications. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon. | |
