I would say you got a lemon.

I agree with correct grease storage helping things but I have three of these guns and my employees often seem to knock grease cartridges over and we seem to get along fine.

It is very noticeable when you run out of grease on the sound. High speed is WAAY different than low speed. I’d exchange it.
