_any ideas?

Did you clean the screen, for the sediment bowl, under hand primer pump (Assuming your injection pump is similar to my 6620 Sidehill turbo style engine )

Be nice to know the fuel pressure, from transfer pump.

Might have to "Jerry-rig" a way to add some clear hose, to the return fuel line, and look for "Sucking air" or Combustion-gas bubbles, too. ( if you found bubbles, then a person would have to add a second clear fuel line, BEFORE the injection pump to determine if "Sucking Air" {from the fuel supply circuit}  OR  is it "Combustion gases" [found a faulty nozzle]

Remember, anytime you add a length of clear hose/line to a fuel system (for trouble-shooting) that clear hose needs to go "Uphill" for a little stretch so you have an area to look for bubbles or solid fuel, going upward, thru that clear hose.
